These terms apply to your use of 5starlearning.io and to consultations booked through it. 5-Star Learning LLC ("5-Star Learning," "we," "us") is a fully virtual tutoring and college admissions advising business run by Christopher Mahoney. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Use of the site

You may use this site to learn about our services, contact us, and book consultations. Please don't misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or submit information that is false or that you don't have the right to share.

Booking and consultations

Consultations are booked through the scheduling tools on this site. When you book, please give accurate contact information so we can confirm your appointment. Sessions take place online. If you need to reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about scheduling, sessions, and (if you opt in) updates from 5-Star Learning.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

No guarantee of outcomes

We work hard to help every student, but we cannot guarantee admission to any school, any test score, or any specific academic result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and materials we provide, belongs to 5-Star Learning or is used with permission. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, 5-Star Learning is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
