The background
Twenty-five years inside the work.
Christopher has worked across independent and public schools as a teacher and administrator. He has watched students learn from the front of a classroom and watched systems make decisions from inside the office.
His charter leadership includes San Carlos Charter Learning Center and Spark Charter School. Those years sharpened a practical belief: the student is never just a transcript or a test score. But the plan still has to work in the real world.
He founded 5-Star Learning in 2006 to bring that whole-school perspective into focused, accountable coaching.
Why EF and ADHD learners
Ability is not the same thing as access.
Bright students can understand difficult material and still struggle to start, sequence, sustain attention, or recover from a mistake. The coaching has to address both the idea and the conditions that let the student use it.
